Sales Tax:

Applicable sales taxes will be charged. A current ST-4 exemption certificate must be on file for tax exemption. Customers must acknowledge which items are for resale (non taxable) at the time the order is placed.

Missing/Damaged Items:

Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days from receipt of order. Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours.

Price changes:

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


FedEX shipping & handling charges are determined by the weight of the product and added to all orders.

An additional $14.00 will be added for C.O.D. Typical orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You will be notified of orders expected to be delayed beyond this timeframe, or of any backordered items.

Return Goods Policy:

Returned merchandise requires prior authorization from Essentials. All Merchandise must be in the original packaging, and freight must be prepaid. Merchandise less than 30 days old and special order items will be issued 100% credit, less 25% restocking charge. Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
