個人情報保護方針

私たち株式会社スコーピオ（以下、スコーピオといいます）は、お肌やからだにとって本当によいものをお客さまに安心してご利用いただくために、商品やサービスに厳しい自主基準を設けて品質管理を徹底してまいりました。同様に、お預かりした個人情報（お名前・ご住所・お電話番号・顔写真データなど）の重要性を認識し、これを厳しく保護・管理することは、スコーピオの企業活動の基本であり、社会的責務であると考えています。みなさまの信頼におこたえし、安心してご利用いただくために、スコーピオでは下記のように『個人情報保護方針』を定め、これを実施し、かつ維持することを宣言いたします。

1. スコーピオは、すべての事業で取り扱う個人情報及び従業員等の個人情報の取り扱いに関し、個人情報の取り扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守いたします。
2. スコーピオは、個人情報の取得にあたっては、その利用目的を特定することとし、特定された目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取り扱い（目的外利用）はいたしません。また、目的外利用を行わないために、適切な管理措置を講じます。
3. スコーピオでは、お預かりした個人情報をご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者へ開示・提供することはございません。（但し、お客さまが希望される業務サービスを行うために業務委託先に必要な範囲で開示する場合、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体の保護の場合を除きます。）
4. スコーピオは、個人情報の取り扱いに関する苦情及び相談を受けた場合、その内容について事実関係等を調査し、迅速に対応いたします。
5. スコーピオは、お預かりした個人情報を適切に管理するため、技術面及び組織面において安全対策措置を講じ、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止及び是正に取り組みます。
6. スコーピオは、社会情勢・環境の変化を踏まえて、継続的に個人情報保護に関する個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを見直し、個人情報保護への取り組みを改善していきます。
